Making A Purchase
Buying from our web site is simple. Just add the items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket and then click on 'Checkout'. We'll then ask you for an invoice and delivery address - and then take your credit card details.
We currently deliver only within the UK and the only acceptable payment method for online transactions is credit card. We do not offer credit accounts so please do not ask.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge your credit card until we are about to despatch your goods. If we are unable to despatch your items (for example, if we are out of stock) then your card will not be charged until it is ready to ship.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an order confirmation by email. We will check your order and ensure that the quantities and prices are correct. If there is a problem (for example a pricing error or stock problem) we will contact you and advise you to change or cancel your order. If there is no problem with your order, we will accept your order and prepare an official tax invoice that will be posted to you. It is only after checking your order, preparing your invoice and charging your credit card that a contract exists between us.
