Tax Charges

Returns Policy

You have a right to cancel your purchase at any time until we despatch the item. You can cancel by telephone, fax, email or in writing and if you wish to cancel an order after placing it you should do this as soon as possible.

If we have already despatched the item to you then it is too late to cancel the order (because our performance of the contract will be deemed to have started).

You have a right to a full refund of the entire purchase price of your item if you return the goods to us within 7 days of when you received them. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back to us. We will provide you with a refund upon inspection of the goods and that we are satisfied they have not been damaged in any way.
